Moist Chewy Vegan Brownies


it’s friiiiidaaaaaay – time to have some friends over, raise a glass, and enjoy the sweet weekend. warning: these brownies are so quick easy and yummy that you might just make them everyday.

– ingredients –

  • 1 1/3C whole wheat flour
  • 1C turbino/sugar
  • 1/3C cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4C coconut oil
  • 1/4C vegetable oil
  • 1/2C unsweetened almond milk

– directions –

  1. preheat oven to 350. combine all dry ingredients, then mix in wet ingredients
  2. smooth into a round cake pan (i know it’s weird, just do it)
  3. bake about 20 mins and allow to cool before cutting into triangles
  4. it’s so easy, you can make another batch while the first batch disappears

notes: if you’re feeling it…add a handful of coconut, chocolate chips, or nuts before you pour it into the pan
